- Heritage Building
  The Delta Law Office is located in a heritage building in the heart of Ladner. Originally barged to its current location in 1904 by the Odd Fellows, it was the site of the first Royal Bank. In 1965 Ancient Light #88 acquired the building and there has been a law office downstairs ever since. In 2009 it was beautifully renovated and updated by Murray Lott and the Delta Masonic Building Society.

  The Delta Law Office, the Paul Swenson family and St. David's Anglican Church have all made significant financial contributions to the Little House Society. The goal is to have the fundraising complete soon. The ground-breaking ceremony was held on June 10th, 2011 which is the 76th anniversary of Alcoholics Anonymous.

- Ken Overton
  Delta Law Office is pleased to announce that Ken has joined our firm as an Articled Law Student. Ken is a third-generation resident of North Delta. He graduated from the Law School of the University of Victoria. He will be called to the Bar of B.C. early in 2013 and plans to stay with Delta Law Office as a practicing lawyer in the fields of Civil Litigation & Business Law.

Murray has been practising law for 30 years. He appears regularly in B.C. Supreme Court and before a variety of boards and tribunals. He is a long-time resident of Ladner and now Tsawwassen and an active community member with involvement in Rotary, the Ladner Business Association and other community groups. Murray closed his Vancouver office in 2008 to take over Delta Law Office from Ulf Ottho, its prior owner for 35 years (Ulf is now a member of the National Parole Board.) Watch for Murray's regular free seminars on Wills and Estates. Murray is also Senior Partner at Central City Brewing Company in Surrey, makers of "Red Racer" beer, and has an extensive business background that he puts to use advising entrepreneurs and business owners. Lindy Mathesius

Lindy, a lifelong Ladner resident enjoys living and working in the area she grew up in. She has appeared as counsel in various matters before the British Columbia courts in the areas of family law and general civil litigation. Her main focus is in the area of Family Law and Divorce Law.
Lindy enjoys giving back to the community in which she grew up, which is becoming a tradition with the Delta Law Office. She is legal counsel for the Delta Museum and Archives Society as well as on the Board of Trustees for the same Society. Lindy is also a volunteer with Access Pro Bono at Delta Assist, which provides free legal advice for low income earners.
